  • Excellent building great people work there just the puppies are very expensive so be prepared the initial sticker shock around $4,000 a puppy scared me a little but the building and the people inside are awesome they even have little areas designated people looking for puppies to play with them individually one on one it was a very cool place just a little expensive

  • From the moment I called to see if my little princess was still there the employees of Petsmart were so AMAZING!!!!! They told me everything that I needed to know. Bradley was so informative and was so kind with every question we had and made our experience AMAZING!!!! He should definitely be in management!!! I would of definitely gave it 5 stars but the prices of the animals plus everything you need for them can add up. I would suggest a 30-50% off merchandise with the purchase of an animal 2000.00 plus. Our princess was expensive plus everything we needed for her was ALOT too!!!! Add at least 500.00 to the purchase price of your new family member. There should definitely be some kind of Insinitive for buying a dog plus everything you need for them. They give a discount on certain items but EVERYTHING you need should be a bottom of 30-50% off. The prices are ridiculous on certain items. Only thing I’d change. My new baby is so AMAZING and I love her soooooo much already. It’s only been 8 hours and our bichon Frise baby is our newest family member that we LOVE SO MUCH!!!!!!!❤️ Thanks to Bradley on all the information that lead us to Willow ❤️
