Natalie new who we want at the same time as we know. It was just a magic moment from the moment we walked into the store we found our 🐕 right away. We played with him for a while. Than Natalie help us get out boy!! We are very happy with our experience with pet store and they staff. He loves his New home Natalie its like he's been here before... Thanks y'all

I went to the store without the intention of buying a dog but after chatting with the pet counselor and her asking me some questions she showed me a dog she felt would be a great fit for me and my family. We ended up buying a Great Dane puppy and were very happy with the whole experience.

The associate Andrea helped us pick out a puppy she was very patient and understanding answered all are questions and sold us the perfect dog definitely 5 stars

Awesome place! The staff was very patient and knowledgeable! Very informative and really cared about finding the right companion for me. Brad was my primary contact but everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt terrible that I made them stay past close, but they didnt try and rush me or shortcut anything. They wanted to make sure that i had everything i needed. Thank you guys SO much for everything. I will make the trip out there that from Greenfield for everything we need in the future!
