Petland's name has gone through the muck over the past decade, but the improvements are beyond clear. All of the animals I have seen are healthy and happy. I mainly come to this location to give attention to the ferrets and hamsters, and purchase fish. The bettas are healthy and happy, the aquariums all clean and well stocked.

We purchased our cockatiel from Petland, it was a really pleasant experience. The staff member that helped us out was really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was very professional and courteous during the process. We can't wait to return to the store to bring home our new family member!

The staff members are very helpful and answered every question I had! Even if the answer was unknown initially, they went and found the answer for me. I think that it is very telling that they are very willing and eager to help everyone who walks into their store. It shows that they truly care about people and their pets! The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming! (Plus they have a tortoise Steve who is awesome. He roams around the store on his own and you can feed him treats!)
